Co-founded by a psychiatrist, Youper is a pocket-sized personal assistant that can help you regulate your emotions in all forms, overcome anxiety, improve your mental health, and assist in achieving social goals.
Whether you are a student who finds it hard to make friends, a young professional who gets nervous about public speaking, or a person who struggles in any way with mental health or social interactions, you will find guidance with Youper.
Youper was developed by a brilliant team of doctors, scientists, and business professionals who sought to put a free and easily accessible mental health resource at the hands of people of all ages. It is truly an experience like no other. Catered to each user, the app first helps you identify areas of your life in which you would like to improve. These areas may include public speaking, pursuing a love interest, and forging new friendships. A user is then given an easy-to-follow path that helps them tackle each of these areas with hypothetical scenarios and engaging activities. Youper also gives users challenges that help push them out of their comfort zone. With regular use, Youper has the potential to help a user go from shaking at the thought of a job interview to speaking to a hiring manager with confidence and landing a job.
Perhaps the best feature of Youper is its “smart assistant” interface. It is designed so that, at any moment, if a user feels an uncontrollable or intense rush of emotions, they can document and later analyze them. Over time, this allows a user to have more control and a deeper understanding of their emotional and behavioral responses. It is an app that evolves and grows with you, learning from your input and adjusting to your unique challenges. Youper is more than an app. It is a source of strength, confidence, and a reminder that you are only a few deep breaths away from overcoming life’s challenges and becoming the best version of yourself.
