Components of our Program Include:
Student-Centered Career Exploration: Our program starts with helping individuals explore various career options and personal strengths to find paths that align with their interests and goals.
Skill Development: We focus on essential and everyday life skills, including communication, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, self-care, and personal hygiene, while leveraging students' strengths and addressing growth areas.
Recreation and Leisure: We support students in exploring hobbies and community activities, recognizing the importance of a balanced life and personal interests for overall well-being.
Empowering Self-Advocacy Skills: We help students develop self-advocacy and self-determination skills to navigate life effectively and make informed decisions.
Family Engagement: We foster collaboration with families through communication, resources, and workshops to support their child's development and career success.
Community-Based Vocational Education (CBVE)
One aspect of our Pre-Vocational Program is CBVE which offers supervised, school-coordinated activities for students with disabilities to gain workplace competencies.
