Nancy provides speech-language therapy to children of all ages. Before joining ELG, Nancy led the production, validation, and promotion of a Chinese language development assessment scale for children for a pharmaceutical company. She was a speaker at the 2021 China Children’s Health Care Annual Conference. Nancy has experience working with children with different levels of needs, including individuals with learning disabilities, global developmental delay, autism spectrum, Down Syndrome, and other communication impairments. At ELG, Nancy supports children with their daily learning and language and communication skills. She is dedicated to helping all children and young adults reach their full potential and believes that parents play an important role in this journey.
