Kate performs intakes and observations, implements behavior intervention plans, and conducts applied behavior analysis sessions, and assists BCBAs in assessments. She has significant experience in the verbal behavior approach and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), an applied behavior analysis program designed to help non-verbal children learn to communicate.
