Joy specializes in providing ABA therapy and functional behavior assessments (FBA) for children. In addition, she offers teacher and parent trainings to ensure holistic, consistent support both at home and in school. Joy has significant experience working in China and the US. In her previous role as an ABA supervisor, she conducted skill and behavior assessments, assisted in developing core ABA protocols and provided direct supervision and evaluation of therapists. She is passionate about supporting children’s functional communication and executive functioning skills to decrease dysfunctional behaviors. Joy especially enjoys sharing therapy techniques and best practices with parents and teachers in non-intimidating ways and actively involving them in children’s ABA therapy.
