Davy is a psychologist who provides individual, group, and embedded school counseling services to international communities. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Davy is also a chartered member of the British Psychological Society, member of the supervisory board in the Chinese Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Association and a board member of the Zhejiang Neuroscience Society Autism Committee. As Regional Director (Hangzhou), he focuses on expanding ELG’s services and builds ongoing partnerships within Hangzhou and surrounding cities. Spending his teen years in Canada after growing up in China, he understands the struggles that international students and local children in international environments are facing. Dr. Guo provides a helpful perspective to families, educators, and children about handling transition and culture shock.
