Blair’s primary focus is making sure that parents are actively involved at ELG and she manages internal relationships at ELG to make sure that children are well supported in every aspect. She helps coordinate the development and implementation of high-quality, individualized development plans for the Chinese program. Blair’s interest in providing behavior interventions inspired her to pursue further certification, equipping her with the academic, evidence-based training to apply in her daily work with children. Blair believes that parents and caregivers play an important role in helping their children achieve the best outcomes for success and strives to help each family feel supported.
