Alice Wen

Alice is a member of our Shanghai Team. Originally from Taiwan, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland, and a Master degree of Special Education, major Early Intervention, from the University of Griffith, Brisbane, Australia. Prior to moving to Shanghai, she worked in a Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre in Tzuchi Buddhist General Hospital in Taiwan for many years. She also worked collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team of the Chinese Association of Early Intervention Profession (CAEIP), to provide both school and home-based Occupational Therapy services for children with special needs. She has great passion and experience in working with children who have Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
Alice has experience working in a classroom environment, as well as doing one-on-one sessions. She is also able to write Individualized Education Plans and lesson plans to support children in their development.
